It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to our Gap Year programme opportunities. We have seen an increase in popularity both in enquiries and participant numbers from students across the globe, which has motivated us to build upon our already exciting programmes. Here you will find information to share with your students for opportunities in 2024. Placements for 2023 on our Australian and New Zealand programmes are closed. Please contact us.
What is a Gap year?

A Letz Live Gap Year
Food & Accommodation is provided to Gap Participants during the school term. Further information about accommodation is provided by each school in the job description which participants receive.
During the school holidays / term breaks Gap Participants are encouraged to travel and return once school term resumes. This is an ideal opportunity for participants to travel with new friends formed during the term.
Letz Live partner schools welcome participants for either a 6 or 11 month placements. This allows participants flexibility with any plans following their gap year. It is important to note that schools do prefer a longer commitment.
Remuneration varies between schools. Please refer to each programme page on our website. Participants do not need to buy food or pay for accommodation, allowing them to save.

Apply Online
Send us your Gap Year application for your chosen destination & programme. It’s as simple as that!
Interview
Online video interview.
We discuss your preferences, the placement & the programme.
Offer accepted
We put forward your application with partner schools. It’s up to you to accept the offer, then pay the programme fee.
Take off
Our in-house travel team can assist with flights, advice, insurance & visas for a smooth start to your Gap Year.
Support
Vital ingredient! Our Global HQ is available + our travel team for travel ideas + your country manager.
How can your students learn more?
Additionally, we are holding Webinars, to help assist those who can’t make it to our information sessions around the country. These online presentations will detail the Letz Live programs and help to answer questions in real-time, just like attending one of our events. Contact us for a brochure or posters for your room
We have created brochures, flyers and posters for your room, to share with your students. These are great tools for students to consider how they will spend their first year after graduating from high school. Please fill in the contact form on this page or drop us a line over on our contact page and we’ll send a poster out to you.
Programme Fees
We are very pleased to advise that our program fees remain unchanged, in-line with the past three years.
Our service covers the placement cost, in-country orientation program upon arrival, required visa and entry clearance sponsorships and full-time personal support from our staff located across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
We remain industry leaders and are determined to offer the best service possible while maintaining our placement fee at a substantially lower level than other gap year providers.
