The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced, Australia-based Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our accounts and finances across all our entities (Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom). This is a part-time position, perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, office based environment and enjoys working with a close-knit, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for all Letz Live entities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Prepare and process payroll
- Assist with BAS, GST, and other compliance requirements
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
About You:
- Based in Australia, with the right to work
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounts management (multi-entity experience highly regarded)
- Familiarity with Australian, New Zealand, and UK accounting standards and compliance
- Proficient with Xero accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
